I really wish I could write my poetry more often than a handful of times a year. This last week would have been the perfect time to whack out a few prose. Doing so might even have helped my mental state some. But every time I even think about writing something new my mind goes from the constant fog it seams to be existing in lately, to a complete blank.

I wrote this a long, long time ago. I stumbled across it while going through one of my books tonight. Since I haven’t been able to write much of anything new in the last year or so , I decided to start tidying up old poems (that I’ve never released for general viewing before) and post those. This one met that bill so here it is.

So very, very fun. When the idea of a spaghetti western was first proposed to me, I figured I’d give it a shot but wasn’t terribly interested in it. I looked at it more as a chance to meet some new people and get into role playing. I never thought that I could enjoy it as much as I did. I’ve been in 2 Deadlands campaigns now and it is fast becoming my favourite RPG. It’s just fun and funny. The first Deadlands game I was in is still my favourite, but maybe that’s like a first love thing; it may not be the best, but it will always be special :D. We’re only 2 sessions into this second campaign and its already looking to equal (and considering the group we’ve got together and the way things have gone already, probably surpass) that first game in funness factor. We’ll see how it goes. Next session should be in 2 weeks.

Some of you may recognise part of this poem from the old Ravnsrealm. There has always been a 3rd stanza to it, but I never felt like posting it. I showed k@os the whole poem a while back and he strongly encouraged me to post it in its entirety. I guess I’m finally in a mood where I’m willing to do that… Its dedicated to someone; if you’re reading this, you know who you are.
